Typical week Training Schedule:  2-3 hours from Mon to Sat including on court sessions and strength and conditioning sessions 
When did you start playing badminton and why?  Went to tennis coaching with my big brother Chris, and Mrs Irene Blair asked us both to come to her badminton classes.
First badminton memories:  Playing with my brother in local community centre
What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player?  Making new friends, travelling the world and using the talents God saw fit to give me.
Tips for badminton:  Enjoy -work hard -treat training like tournaments
