Around 6000 school aged children participated in the Bank of Scotland Play Badminton Carnivals throughout
the year in events across the country. With 2007 being the Centenary year for the Scottish International
Championships, we were off to an amazing start with over 3000 children attending the carnivals at the
Kelvinhall International Sports Arena in November 2007. This was followed by more fantastic events in
North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, Inverness, East Lothian and back to Glasgow again for the first ever
Bank of Scotland Disability Play Badminton Carnival.

Already we are looking to the upcoming year with events planned for Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, 

South Lanarkshire, Borders, Fife, Aberdeenshire, Edinburgh and East Lothian. Keep visiting the website
