The next Glasgow Sport Coach Workshop will take place on Friday 20^th January from 7.00 – 9.00pm at the National Badminton Academy, Scotstoun and will focus on Singles Defence. It will provide an introduction to singles defence for the junior intermediate level player focusing on base, split step, recovery and options within movement patterns

The workshops continue to provide a fantastic opportunity to learn from high level coaches and share ideas and good practise with other coaches from across the City.
