The courses in Inverclyde are being are being organised by Martin McNab in partnership with Active Schools, St Stephens High, Inverclyde Academy and Community Safety Partnerships, whilst in Moray Sports Development, Active Schools, Badminton Moray and Grampian Police will work together. The activities in both regions will be run by local coaches. Following the successful launch of Cashback for Communities in the Western Isles and North Lanarkshire, BADMINTONscotland have now introduced the initiative to four regions of Scotland, with further courses planned for other areas in the coming months. Chief Executive Anne Smillie said: "Cashback for Communities is a fantastic opportunity to provide opportunities for even more young people to participate in sport. BADMINTONscotland's Cashback Coordinator Kirsty Wilmington said: "I’m delighted with the response to Cashback so far from all over Scotland. We have already organised Cashback sessions for the Western Isles and North Lanarkshire and with activities now confirmed in Moray and Inverclyde the initiative is going from strength to strength."
