All Star badminton coaching will be running weekly group fitness session for all those interested in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. The sessions will be controlled by All Star badminton coach Steven Chappell and will involve the following:

• Aerobic work
• Strength training
• Skipping
• Plyometrics
• Training specifically tailored for badminton

Each weekly session will be divided into two parts. The first will be aerobic training which will take place at Mineralwell Park, while the the second part will be indoors at Stonehaven Leisure Centre. The first session will commence on the 18th of July at 11am and will run for five weeks.

Cost of all five sessions will be £45 and each participant who signs up for the full five weeks will receive a FREE badminton t-shirt. Sessions can be booked individually for £10 per session. Limited places only!!
