Glasgow schools taking part in the Sportshall Challenge and fantastic to see so many young players enjoying our sport. Thanks to the Active Schools team in
Glasgow for organising heats and I hope we can encourage even more schools to take part next year. Good luck to Battlefield Primary for the final!"
Thanks must also go to the school students, volunteers and coaches who helped ensure all the
Glasgow events were run smoothly and were great fun. The schools that participated were fantastic and all the children worked together in their teams and had lots of fun. Also thanks to Craig Robertson at Glasgow School of Sport for allowing use of the school as the venue for the
Glasgow final and for providing students to help run the final.
It is hoped that after the success of this years Sportshall Challenges in Glasgow, even more schools will get on board and take part in next years events.
